Do tenants need to install anything?
No. The tenant flow is a web page. The iPhone app is only for you.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — the landlord app is iPhone-only at launch. The tenant flow works on any phone today.
Where are videos stored?
In private, encrypted cloud storage — never public. Videos are kept for 30 days on the free plan and for the life of the report on Pro. Report text and answers are kept permanently on both.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — two taps inside the app, handled by Stripe. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. No phone calls, no retention emails.
